Ebucks Vouchers a Nightmare

I purchased an Ebucks voucher for gym membership on 2 Nov 2023. I have not yet received it. After I called the call centre 3 times. Went to branch and spent close to an hour trying to retrieve the voucher. It is the 10th Nov, I still don't have the voucher. This morning the consultant was not even interested to hear my story; after I tried to explain to her that the solution she was suggesting had been tried 3 times and it failed!
