eBucks voucher refund

FNB eBucks Rewards has not paid back my money for a voucher bought in early February after they had experienced technical difficulties with validating the voucher bought using eBucks. I logged a query in mid-March where I was informed that the refund would be resolved in 3 business days. I have been waiting for over 20 days for the resolve. I keep calling the bank every week with no resolve and the bank keeps telling me that I have been added on the list for refunds that will come through the following business day. I am appalled and frustrated by a bank that I have been using since my childhood. FNB has really lost its touch and I'm considering leaving as a result. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
