Ebucks voucher for Makro did not work
I bought a Makro voucher for R3800 on 18 November 2015. I got the voucher number immediately on my phone as usual. I went to Makro on Sunday 22 November to use the voucher. However, when trying to use the number, the transaction was declined, even though the cashier tried a few times and verified the number on my phone. I called Ebucks and they resent the same number, but it declined again. The consultant said that I should log a query with Ebucks. I have done this, but have got no feedback as yet, despite 2 mails on the issue.<br> Please resolve urgently.<br>
