Ebucks voucher disappeared

I received a voucher message in July and the voucher was on my app and it stated I had until October to redeem. I go in and the voucher says redeemed. I did not redeem it and would like to know where it disappeared too. I'm sure a code was assigned to me and that code can be tracked if it was *****ulently utilized. I was really looking forward to utilising my hard earned voucher.
