eBucks Voucher Delays

I went to Checkers to purchase some groceries and was going to use an FNB eBucks voucher. Unfortunately, there was what seemed to be a system delay and the voucher did not come through for a long time, which resulted in several unpleasant interactions with staff and impatient customers. This is not the first time that there has been a delay on receiving an eBucks voucher and using the service has become a very uncertain exercise.
