eBucks Useless

I tried to buy something with my eBucks from Takealot on the Black Friday specials. I requested an OTP in order to pay with eBucks FIVE times, but never received an OTP, so I could not complete the transaction. I did however receive notifications when I signed into the eBucks website. This forced me to have to pay for the items in cash. I have heard from others who had the same problem - OTP's never received. What is the use of having eBucks if you can't use it? eBucks partners are already getting fewer and becoming almost non-existent. I am totally disgusted with eBucks. Their call centre is also only accessible at specific times.
