Ebucks undelivered, clueless

On the 25th November, we ordered a series of toys from Ebucks. Delivery times were stated as being "within 14 working days".

The toys were purchased as Christmas presents for children at a Christmas event that we're having tomorrow (17/12/2016).

After 10 days, we became concerned and phoned ebucks. My wife phoned 4 times and was promised callbacks that never materialised. When she eventually was called back, the response was appalingly bad "We don't know where they are, sorry". No resolution, no help.

I phoned and got through to a brilliant guy named Ismail (reward this guy, he's great). He got in touch with his manager and persistently bugged whoever is in charge of ebucks purchases. He got no joy either. Nobody in the whole structure is able to tell us what happened to our gifts. As far as ebucks can tell, the items have been dispatched. From where? Don't know. By whom? Don't know. To be delivered when? Don't know. The usual couriers, Dawn Wing, apparently have no record of this package either. Can ebucks tell me who the suppliers are so I can chase it up myself? Nope, they don't know.

This is 100% unacceptable. We've had to tell the parents to prepare their kids for no Christmas presents so that's great.
