EBucks Travel is useless. Stay away. We had a flight cancelled by Emirates and attempts to obtain a refund has resulted in a auto reply to our request. They won’t acknowledge further. Of course they will eventually have to refund me I’ll make sure of it but you’d think the idiots would try and do it without irritating their customers in a covid-hit environment where their very existence as an industry is at risk. You’d think the galaxy brains would be fighting hard to retain customers. Nope. They’re seemingly happy to lose customers, work and eventually their jobs.
