eBucks Travel is not a travel agent

I booked a flight with eBucks to Panama City using Emirates airlines and paid in full with eBucks. Unfortunately Emirates cancelled this flight as they stopped their route to Panama. I immediately contacted eBucks Travel to request their assistance in getting me to my destination by another method, as Emirates said that I had booked the trip through eBucks Travel, and an agent from eBucks Travel had to handle my complaint.<br> <br> Unfortunately nobody at eBucks Travel made any reasonable effort to re-route me to Panama City. They gave appalling excuses about how the flight was not cancelled, but postponed (irrelevant as I still could not fly at the time I had booked) and passed the buck. I even sent them the details of the flight I wanted to be re-routed on, via KLM, but nobody was able to get my eBucks refunded in time and now the opportunity has passed and the flight is no longer affordable - nobody at eBucks travel cared about helping me. I was told that the refund of my eBucks would take 6-8 weeks and I find this delay completely unacceptable - why should it take such a long time for the eBucks to be refunded to me? I didn't cancel, the airline did. <br> <br> Shame on you, eBucks Travel.
