I am writing this letter of appreciation for a great customer support received from one of you staff members from the ebucks travel team.

I’d like to compliment one of your employees, Linda Dineka,for the excellent service he provide me last month. Linda helped me sort out my flight bookings and really went to investigate why there was no discounts been app****.

I have always been please with the service I receive at ebucks,however linda’s professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a few days ,he was able to resolve and provide feedback that I can start the booking and kept to his word that he will resolve the issue
