eBucks Travel Flight Discount Non-Existant - Website Not Working or False Advertising

I am super annoyed because I have been trying to book flights on the eBucks Travel website for 3 days now. I am on eBucks level 4 and should be eligible for a 30% discount. When comparing the Flight prices on the eBucks website after logging in, with the prices on Mango's website for the exact same flight, I was shocked to find that NO DISCOUNT was app**** and Mango was in fact slightly cheaper. So either the eBucks Travel website is not working or this is false advertising. I've tried emailing support but they take a day each time to reply and they don't seem to understand and reply in a way that is nonsensical. I can guarantee you it is not something I am doing wrong - as they imp**** - after developing websites for over 13 years I think I can find my way around a simple travel website thank you very much.
