Ebucks travel. Complete failure of service

I am absolutely disgusted with ebucks travel. I booked a flight for my family from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I have a toddler so we have to book flights around nap times. I chose a flight on their portal that was scheduled to leave at 2pm.

When we got to OR Thambo, we were informed that our flight had left at 7am that morning. Nothing in our booking confirmations from ebucks or the ebucks portal mentioned 7am, they all listed the time I wanted of 2pm.

Fortunately, Mango was able to squeeze us onto a 5pm flight. But this still left my family and I stranded at OR Thambo for over 2 hours in the middle of a global pandemic. This was trying to say the least with a toddler that does not understand social distancing, and zero facilities in the airport to keep her enterntained

I have complained to ebucks travel back on the 9th of this month, and I have still to hear any response from them.
