Ebucks travel charged for a failed transaction/ error no refund.

Made a booking through ebucks travel, first booking was displayed as error. I was charged for it and told funds will be reversed by after hour support. Was refunded the next day, but that very same night the funds was taken again. Please refund my double charge as this is not fair. The second payment made was successful and i have the booking confirmation. However R956 must be refunded ASAP please.
