Ebucks Travel

I recently booked flights with Ebucks Travel. I wasn’t given an option to choose seats. When I tried to “manage my bookings” via the Airline website, I was told I need to contact the “agent” that assisted me. The Ebucks travel website also doesn’t allow you to manage your bookings. Please FIX this feature, as customers we need to be able to choose our seat options if we’re going to use this platform to book tickets.
