eBucks Travel

eBucks Travel is the worst to book flights through. They give you a false sense of security when you book, but don't deliver. I booked 4 return flights from Cape Town to PE for the 15th of March and return 19th of March. Unfortunately it was on BA and that was the week that Comair flights were grounded. Katherine at ebucks travel reassured me that I will get a full refund in 8 to 12 weeks. It's 4 months later and no word from them. For the past 2 months, I have been calling 2-3 times per week and every operator listen to my complaint, let's me hold on for 10 mins and tell me Ktherine will call back. She never does. I have lodged a complaint on the FNB platform and received a message that my complaint will be forwarded to ebucks. Needless to say, no response. What makes matters worse, is that clients who booked from 1 June got their refunds. How does that make any kind of sense?! R12000 is not money I can just write off!
