eBucks Travel
Sorry cant pick eBucks Travel. But I booked a flight to Auckland New Zealand through the eBucks Travel website. If you have to fill in your details, nowhere it states on this website that you have to use your "Full Name (s)" when filling in the few question. After receiving my booking from the eBucks travel website in the disclaimer on the bottom of the page it states that your full names should be on the booking for the boarding pass to be correct or contact eBucks asap. I contacted the eBucks Travel and they stated that to change my name to my passport names I have to pay R1000 for the name change with the airline + R250 eBucks admin fee. I am going to New Zealand more often and I will never use the services of eBucks travel again and will make sure everyone I know, not to use this service.
