EBucks tracking can't be tracked

Fnb wants me to track my eBucks rewards without a working 'track rewards' function. You may as well ask me to build a house with no bricks. Whats worse is that it says it's only available in August again. So you implement changes as of 1 July, prevent me from tracking my status and tell me this is 'exciting news' To whomever runs eBucks... Did your parents not tell you 'don't do drugs'. It impairs your thinking.
