ebucks *******

This month I got the surprise of my life, I've been downgraded to level 4. I was shocked since I know I do everything in my power to retain level 5. I quickly logged into ebucks and looked at the calculator to see which points are missing and found I didn't receive any points for the below.

"Is your Cash@Till™ withdrawals greater than the value of all your cash withdrawals at ATMs and FNB branches during the month?"

I know this is wrong because I had to drive to three different checkers before they could help me since none of them had cash available.

Anyways lets get technical,

30 March, I did a cashback, physically in store, video footage can be acquired if necessary. On this basis alone my responsibility to receive the points for the above is met.

2 April, checkers finally decides to bank their store and the transaction is only processed then, not in the same month as the physical transaction.

So, 1. I did my part within the month period 2. a retailer can bank their terminals at any point, this should not affect the transaction date nor me 3. FNB are able to send sms's to me on the 30th March to notify me of the transaction so you're fully aware of the transaction, you can't claim it happend on the 2nd of April 4. What a retailer is doing should not affect my ebucks
