Ebucks team is no help

Good day

I have been trying unsuccessfully from getting my ebucks statement from FNB for the month of January. I have been numberous attempts contact the ebucks team and to get any positive response is nearly impossible. The responses that I do receive directs to the ebucks website advising that the information that I require is there. I doubt that anyone in the team actually reads the emails as my email have all stated that I cannot see the January 2020 statements.

I sad that I need to to resort to a public forum like Hello Peter to resolve something that is so easy.
