Ebucks system is a joke
<p>I have had multiple interactions with numerous staff either telephonically or other electronic channels regarding my ebcuks rewards level being incorrect due to requirement not being awarded. As a result I have not received the ebucks that I am entitled to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expected this to be treated as a matter of urgency.</p>
