FNB Ebucks Rewards

Ebucks had an issue where i didn't get my rewards for having a child linked. This was in December 2023. I've been patiently trying to resolve but lets reside to social media maybe that wakes the right people up.

Ebucks advised that the missing rewards would be sms to me. When i folow up, the reply is it was sent. Yet they cannot provide me proof that it was sent, check your spam. De-je-vu every 2weeks since December 2023. Nothing in spam, simple resolution, provide proof it was sent and delivered. I do not believe you.
