Ebucks support not helpful

Bought a TV from ebucks shop. When trying to log it for return, I'm told to take pictures and send to an email that I'm going to receive. No email received. Call again on Saturday and said an email was sent. Nothing received today yet called again and was told that delivery is supoosed to pick up today.

Still no email or pick up date confirmation. I guess no one at ebucks or support knows what's going on. I guess il be using a broken TV with no feedback!
