eBucks Superbalist Voucher

I see that the eBucks rewards are showing unavailable when trying to issue my superbalist voucher. I do qualify, I have completed 12/12 months for the 2024/25 financial period but just wanted to find out what is happening here? I've tried contacting support but they're a little less than helpful

I'm very happy with FNB and have always had great service and make full use of the eBucks and cashback facility, but I've been having an issue the last few days and would just like some clarification
