EBUCKS SUCKS - SNAIL SERVICE DELIVERY - NO URGENCY

EBucks sucks. Being an FNB customer gets you a ****py service experience 95% of the time. Almost everyone that you engage with is either lazy or they don't know what they're talking about, or worse, they give you wrong and half the information you need. I needed urgent assistance with a reversal of a voucher that I had to buy but ended up paying electronically because "the voucher takes up to 24hours" to reflect. Lucky me got the voucher 24 hours later when it was no longer needed. The money left my account instantly although I had to wait for the voucher. I was worried at some point that I might have lost the money. Now, they cancelled the vouchers and I have to wait 5 BUSINESS days to get the same money back!!!! Worse part is that I called three times in one day and explained that I needed it urgently and only 1 person wanted to attempt escalation after giving her some of my reasons why. The last consultant just said that I have to wait because they are within their turn around time. No human factor!!! I am gladly leaving this bank and would encourage anyone else to really look at everything before saying yes to FNB because they don't make your banking experience as easy as they say. Their 24 hour consultants available via the chat feature, is only good for "normal easy enquiries". It's like they cannot wait to refer you to the correct department and close of the chat with the contact details and times. You end up calling a million times just to get one issue resolved!!! For the fees you pay, It's not worth the amount of time you have to spend on a phone being sent from pillar to post, to nowhere when dealing with them. Not even logging a complaint via the App materialised, accept for a sms saying someone will contact you shortly and then does not.
