Ebucks sucks and no customer service

Never buy from ebucks rather use your points somewhere else, they always have a 100 stories to replace a faulty item. I bought a Huawei watch, when it arrived it did not work. Huawei immediately indicated that the watch is faulty and gave me a reference number. Ebucks took three days to even contact me, and then another 3 days to collect it. Despite giving them the reference number they still did not replace it. so much for service guys, the personal is also useless and not very friendly.
