Ebucks sucks

On 22 Aug I had 1Ebucks reward (Wimpy Breakfast) but didn't had my tablet to redeem it. The next week I was traveling again but when I checked the reward was removed and my reward level dropped. During the lockdown I didn't travel at all so I didn't put petrol in for months. I can understand that my reward level dropped but I think it is rediculous to take a reward back. The whole petrol discount is only geared at people driving a lot and ordinary users just don't benifit. In the past I planned where to put in petrol (Engen) but won't do it any more.
