Ebucks such a ****
FNB ebucks is really the biggest **** they promise when you get to level 5 the rewards is so great but in fact it is impossible to ever get to level 5. From the 10th of September I was only 500 points away from reaching level 5 so on the 15th of September I did a cash at tills transaction which would give me a 1000 points on my ebucks I checked this morning on the 18th of September and saw they allocated the 1000 points for the cash at tills transactions but now all of a sudden it shows I'm now 1500 points away from reaching level 5. Why is my points going up and down this ebucks system is a big ****. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T GET FOOLED WITH PROMISES FROM FNB AND EBUCKS

I was complaining that I was 500 points away from reward level 5 I did a cash at tills transaction which gave me 1000 points then all off a sudden I was 1500 point away from reward level 5. I see now I am suddenly back at 500 points away from reaching level 5 but now FNB ebucks have taken away my points for cash at tills transaction what happened to my point I received there. Still today nobody from FNB or the ebucks department made any effort into contacting me. *** FNB
