eBucks store, only movie tickets at 40% off

it has been months since there was a "40% off" deal in the eBucks shop. When I queried this with FNB on Facebook, they had the nerve to send me an explanation of how ebucks rewards levels works and how to get to level 5 in order for me to get 40% off. My ****ing query was where are the deals that say "get up to 40% off", not how do I get to level 5. I did not save my eBucks just to buy movie tickets at 40% off.
