EBUCKS SOLD ME A USED DECODER

I purchased a new DSTV decoder from the FNB Ebucks app. To my dismay IT WAS NOT NEW! When calling Multichoice to activate the decoder, I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that the Decoder and Smartcard was registered to another client. I felt like a ******** (as if I had ****** this decoder). Lodged the complaint with Ebucks and even called them. No response. ***.

Good Evening and Thanks for your promise to have the matter attended too. It is Christmas Eve and this was intended to be a gift. Received emails from FNB promising me a phone call within 24/48hrs. Needless to say, 48hrs has elapsed and I'm still waiting. Does FNB or EBUCKS have something to hide regarding this matter?
