Ebucks shop Return

Ordered a ps4 controller from ebucks store. Firstly it came in the wrong colour but I decided to keep it, then about a month later it starts giving problems. I logged a return and they said they would pick it up within two days, It's been over a week and still no one has come to collect the item, I tried calling but the contact number puts you through to voice mail. I tried emailing but still no luck. Service is Terrible!
