Ebucks shop is the worst! No service at all.

Ebucks has to be the worst experience I've had to date regarding customer service. I purchased a microwave with ebucks on the 17th July. Still no microwave. I've been told, it's been delivered, to it's on it's way with a courier and will be there before 17:00 today (3 times this one...) to we don't deliver to George. Seems like you need to be a special kind of person to work in their customer contact centre. It's got so bad that even my private banker has sent them an email - nothing. Today I received a call to say that this is now going to be escalated to the ebucks shop and I can expect a response within 3-5 working days.
