Ebucks shop is a ****

Thank you for nothing honestly. I placed an order at your eBucks shop on the 26th of November with my husbands eBucks, with 3 follow up calls we have heard NOTHING back. We're told, someone will call you back in 24-48 hours, try NO ONE WILL CALL YOU WITHIN A MONTH. Thanks now I will not get my xmas present today.
