eBucks Shop Delivery Fee is Ridiculous

I tried to purchase the Russell Hobbs Pressure Cooker currently advertised at 40% on eBucks Shop. This is a good price. However when I attempted to checkout it added a cost of R250 (2500 eB) to the amount owing just for delivery. I have a few issues with this: 1) I am in a main centre (Umhlanga) so delivery fees are usually R90 or so for any size item from anywhere in SA. 2) I've bought 2 items this month from 2 different online retailers and because they were each over R500 I got free shipping. 3) I went to Checkers and saw the same pressure cooker for R999 which is cheaper than eBucks Shop. Why should I wait 1 week for delivery and pay more when Checkers has stock so I would get it immediately and their vouchers are on discount?

If I had purchases from the eBucks Shop then I would have spent almost 9000eB which works out to a discount of 10% and not 40% of the item price. If FNB really want to boost their eBucks Shop sales then they need to revisit their delivery pricing structure and learn from more established online retailers.
