eBucks shop closed?

I am battling now for two weeks to buy something from the eBucks shop - have tried every platform - iPhone App, Firefox, Chrome, but nothing works. I called the call centre and they don't seem to know what's going on. THey asked for a whole lot of info regarding the OS, the computer etc. But I still can't make a purchase online
