EBUCKS SHOP

I purchased a Solenco Mini Dehumidifier via the EBucks store on 1 June 2023. The price of the item reflected as R569, with NIL delivery fee. To my dismay, when I received the product, the invoice reflected the of R369.99 and a delivery fee of R100. I have attempted to resolve this with FNB. I was advised by the FNB secure chat consultant to log a complaint, which I did. A consultant dealing with the complaint, advised me that someone would call me from EBucks, but I am still waiting, 10 days later. There is a difference of R159.01 on the purchase, which I would like reimbursed, failing which, I would like to return the item. This is ********* and unacceptable.
