Ebucks shoe voucher disappears

Second time my Shoe vouchers disappears when I want to use it. It said it will expire in October so I still had time however it keeps going missing and when I log a complaint they say 4-5 business days to fix, by that time the voucher would have expired. FNB and Ebucks benefits have been really bad these last few months.
