Ebucks ****

I app**** for a home loan through a bond originator. I specifically chose the FNB bond because of the promise to receive half of the first installment back in ebucks. I even changed banks. I have made numerous calls to the ebucks department to find out why I have not received my ebucks. First, I was informed that I will only receive my ebucks 30 days after the first installment was paid. The next month, when I phoned again, they said that FNB is revising some conditions and it is taking a little longer than usual, but I should receive it within a week or two. Today when I phoned, I was informed that they only reward you with ebucks if you apply through the FNB banking app. This is the first words I ever heard about this. No-one ever mentioned this to me. I am SO disappointed with FNB and I regret moving all my business to FNB.
