FNB ebucks is a ****, I am on a level 4 benefit where I am assured to get R2.00 back on every petrol litre I pour using my cheque account I have been monitoring that and they never credit me accordingly , I usually pour +-55 litres on the 25-26 of every month and even during the month I still por gas using my cheque account I also pay on the participating stores using my cheque account hoping id earn myself ebucks credits but all in all I get way lesser than what my level offers . On the 27-04-2019 I poured about 56 litres at Engen garage & I can assure you that when they process my credits I will get lesser than I should be credited

I did get a call from one of the ebucks agents and I was not happy with the feedback , they are just hiding behind terms and conditions .
this ebucks thing is just a reap off period .
