eBucks rules changed once again!!!! I give up!!

I give up with eBucks. Earlier this year I had to shuffle my investments to make sure I meet the criteria to earn eBucks.

Just received my July statement. Once AGAIN I am down a level despite using more of FNB's services. They changed the rules again. For example instead of needing a R35k balance on fixed deposit, you now need R97.5k!

Then I lost 1000 points as the no longer reward you for having 5 debit orders. Also, I was only awarded 2000 points for doing 100% of my spend using my credit card versus 3000 points last month.

I now have to save R2750 per month instead of R2000 per month. I actually did save the amount but was not credited for it.

Despite my qualifying spend being higher than last month, I have dropped a level. What gives?

Reviewer Update
I have received a reply from FNB. They simply repeated some of the new rules in their response. What irritates is they the have these rules to influence client behavior, but as soon as you adjust and comply, they change the rules again.......
