EBucks ripping their customers off when spending

I booked accommodation with my E-Bucks on-line. I am led to believe that EBUCKS is a value add to our being FNB customers. How is it then that E-Bucks is overcharging us for their suppliers?<br> I booked 3 nights accommodation from 5-8 June 2015. I was charged R2500 by the website (There was very little variety of hotels offered for my duration of stay. I used all my E-bucks and then paid in an additional R599 from my credit card. On leaving the hotel I got an invoice stating that the cost of the accommodation was only R2060. Is this how FNB rewards their customers??? By giving free E-bucks that look great but then rip us off when we go to redeem them? So 20% of the cost of the accommodation went back to E-bucks/FNN/Khulula. What a way to say thanks??? I would think that a behemoth like FNB can afford to get huge economies of scale from these spend partners and does not have to resort to '*****ing' from their loyal customers.
