Ebucks Rewards Who???

I have recently tried to improve on my ebuck's earnings. Went very well following the tips and advice on the website. I had moved up to Reward Level 5 (the maximum). Expecting to reap some reward I was surprised to see that my grand total earn for December was a massive 59 ebucks R5.90??!! Tried to query this with FNB on the 24th Jan, was not given a proper answer and requested more information. 29th Jan I again asked for feedback and on the 30th I was passed onto the Ebucks Help desk. Today the 05th of Feb I am waiting for feedback as much as I am waiting for the ebucks I should have earned.

It appears this rewards programme rewards the bank getting you to take additional products pay higher fees and I note a lot of the requirements are credit related so hoping to make a nice sum on interest. Not for me thanks for a R5.90 reward a month and here I thought FNB was the best, sadly disappointed.
