Ebucks rewards structured to confuse customers
Im an FNB private wealth customer. Im on level 2, and the rules state that I qualify for 24 slow lounge visits a year. When I log into my ebucks profile, it shows far less for this year. I did 4 swipes this year for myself, wife and 2 kids, which means I should have 20 visits left. However, when I log into my profile, it tells me I have 6 visits left.
