Ebucks rewards partners are a waste it seems

Ebucks issues again

I don’t know why we have rewards that never work. Just spent petrol driving to the only Starbucks in the area to get my complimentary cappuccino that’s expiring tomorrow and boom “the system hasn’t been working since yesterday” yesterday? Why is it not fixed? Shrugs shoulders, don’t care. I don’t go to the Flamingo shopping centre for nothing yet here I was doing just that. So am I going to lose this voucher and no you can’t expect me to drive even more petrol out to find another Starbucks.

Then the entertainer app is such a waste! None of the restaurants are honouring those vouchers! People are complaining all the time! Why offer us this **** if we can’t use them?

No I’m now ****ed off. Please can your rewards actually work!
