Ebucks rewards not so rewarding

Dear Ebucks team, how has your system to rewarding people become so inefficiently useless to us who are trying to save our rewards. Firstly you have now introduced a maximum amount a person can spend on rewards of R500. I have been trying to save for a new pair of running shoes and my boyfriend gave me a voucher too of R500 for sportsman warehouse who doesn't accept more than one of your vouchers at a time on line. So nobody can take my 2 vouchers and put it as one R1000 voucher (not even sportsmans warehouse) and I get told you are happy to cancel my 2 vouchers which I saved for for months just like that and I lose my discount by a staff member who sounds half asleep on the phone then when I ask to speak to a supervisor she calls me back and says that the supervisor will explain to me (what she just did) as if I am too stupid to understand what she said (even though I did battle to hear her mumbling voice). The audi rule applies so what can state their case to someone who can make a decision, not for a first instance to explain their decision and influence a higher decision before the consumer can even state their case.
