eBucks rewards NOT extended to after lock down

SOOOO Dissapointed in this HUGE bank giant called FNB - it took me a while to build up my ebauck to a point where i get rewards - and now this month i got voucher to be redeemed at Kauai and there is a limited time for you to use the voucher - I phoned them and asked about my voucher - i have earned the voucher , as you spend you move up the level and - THEY TOLD ME - THEY WILL NOT EXTEND validity on vouchers and that is it - MSC has extended my membership for a YEAR as it is not safe to travel now - A BIG GIANT like FNB cant extend my R100.00 for another month - This is NOT FAIR and i think FNB SUCK for not coming to the party with the lock down - SHAME on YOU FNB - not impressed with the decision you made NOT the extend vouchers
