eBucks Rewards Level drops despite being on track the whole month

Hi, every so often I get *****ed over in eBucks from Level 5 to Level 4. And it's because I didn't navigate through the menus to Smart Budget and Credit Status, but instead went through any of the prompts from other sections of the app. The Rewards Level estimate is saying I'm on Level 5 up until they release the eBucks and then all of a sudden, whoops, you were on Level 4.

This is so frustrating. I've had to spend my eBucks on groceries the past few months, so making sure it's on Level 5 is quite a priority for me.

I'm not asking for the eBucks I missed out on which is almost half... but sort that app out so it recognises no matter how you get to a section, that you were there.
