Ebucks rewards - kids vouchers

Good day, The fnb Ebucks rewards is one of the better programs however there are time when it gets frustrating. The rules changes frequently. There is benefit if you have a child then you will get a voucher from Wimpy and Kauai. I have tried unsuccessfully to unlock this benefit a few months ago and was told that I do meet the criteria but FNB had made an error on their side and will resolve it asap. A couple of months has passed and I again logged a complaint only to be told that I do not meet the criteria for this benefit. Why is there inconsistencies with these rules. Every call centre agent that calls has a different view of the rules. Please advise....
