eBucks Rewards Issues

After two weeks of trying to sort out a seemingly simple issue on the eBucks rewards system I have had no joy whatsoever. Both eBucks and FNB have passed the buck TWICE and I'm left in the middle... <br> <br> My query revolves around the points system and credit card usage. According to the FNB website I should be rewarded 3000 points for using between 10% and 90% of my credit limit during the calendar month (of which I did) and yet I haven't been rewarded with the points.<br> <br> Shocking customer service. I look forward to someone competent who can sort my issue out...
