EBucks Rewards down the drain

Having tried to sort out my eBucks to purchase items online. Every call is to a different call centre agent. Phone lines are poor. Then told to go to bank to be verified before a request can be logged 2 times. Then a sms msg to inform you that request will be sorted 24-48 hours, just to go back online and still same issue persist. This is the ****test rewards by far. Get rid of it FNB you are useless.
