Ebucks rewards are misleading and non-existent

The whole ebucks discount based on your reward level is a sham. I've been on a level 5 for years and not even ONCE have I benefitted from a 40% discount when booking flights or a car. If they try to justify their pricing by saying they increase their fees and we get the discount on that, what is the point? A few days ago I booked a flight to KZN. Safair had the price on their website for approx R1750 and what did I get it at WITH MY 40% DISCOUNT? *cue drum roll*...a whole R1700! A saving of R50? Really fnb? That's incredibly misleading when you boast about 40% discounts. Because of this, I am going to change banks. I've been with fnb since forever. Never owned another bank account, but within the next few weeks or months, I will be transitioning to a new bank entirely. Discovery Bank! Hit me up
